Tornadoes Weekly

Have we always had several tornadoes a week in this country that destroy property and kill people? Friday it was Illinios and Indiana. Last night we had storm and possible tornado warnings. It seems like we have them two or three times a week. What's up with that?

They blame things on la nina and el nino but nobody has mentioned any of that that I have heard. Ocean currents and air patterns cause many things.
